Using her Pain Reframe Method, she empowers others to regain mobility, reduce pain, and remove negative emotions from past events, including trauma. Whether guiding older adults in exercise, addressing chronic pain, or facilitating emotional healing, Arlene combines movement and mindset to help clients feel strong, capable, and free in their bodies and lives.
